We believe that fitness is for every one and offer a range of classes to suit all levels. All of our group exercise instructors are part of the Register of Exercise Professionals Ireland (REP’s Ireland).

Indoor Cycle/Spin

Indoor Cycle is a high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor’s unique playlist of powerful and energising music.Indoor Cycle is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories.


Body Blast: Ladies Only

This class is designed for beginner and includes a combination of body weight, free weight and cardio exercises to keep you having fun while getting fit. The diversity of the class means it says interesting and challenging for all involved.


Morning Mix Up

What better way to start the week than with a morning mix up! Variety is the spice of life!! Suitable for all levels, a mix of cardio, toning and core work.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobic classes offer an enjoyable workout to music in a safe aquatic environment. Classes take place in shallow water and are mostly vertical meaning that you don’t have to able to swim. The classes provide great aerobic conditioning together with an excellent opportunity to tone and strengthen muscles.


Total Toning

Fun, fast paced and a great whole body workout. Using light weights and high reps this class is perfect for those looking for a great total body workout.

Circuit HIIT

The early bird catches the worm! Fast, fun class with lots of variety. Exercise with high intensity intervals with breaks in between, making sure you get the full benefit from your workout.


Get ready to work up a sweat in this stress busting class. A great mix of boxing, cardio and core work!
