Todays workout is incorporating a little more strength work. You can use a Dumbbell or a Kettlebell if you have one, or anything to has some weight on it!
The main focus here is control. Take your time doing the exercises and focus on Quality movement.
Complete 5 rounds of 45 seconds of each exercise
- Goblet Squats to Bicep Curl
- Push Press to Overhead Lunge Right
- Push Press to Overhead Lunge Left
Take 1 min rest after each superset
