Friday Abs Blast

Todays workout is all about those Abs! Thanks to another staff member Aoife for the great Demo!

Really focus on slow control movement here folks. Keep a good solid control and make sure your Brace your abs before you start each movement.

Complete 3 rounds:

  • Plank x 1 min
  • Side Plank Rotation x 30 sec e/s
  • Shoulder Taps x 30 reps
  • Bicycle kicks x 30
  • Crunches x 30
  • Plank to push up x 10 each side

*1 minute rest after each round

This is a perfect workout to complete after a longer session or between outdoor walks!
