Really focus on slow control movement here folks. Keep a good solid control and make sure your Brace your abs before you start each movement.
Complete 3 rounds:
- Plank x 1 min
- Side Plank Rotation x 30 sec e/s
- Shoulder Taps x 30 reps
- Bicycle kicks x 30
- Crunches x 30
- Plank to push up x 10 each side
*1 minute rest after each round
This is a perfect workout to complete after a longer session or between outdoor walks!
