Give yourself a Cheat day

What is a cheat day?

A cheat day is one day during the week where you allow yourself to indulge in some food that you decided to say no to during the week, as part of your decision to improve your diet.

Cheat days are important as a form of focus, a form of delayed gratification, in other words you can train yourself to say no to something now because you know you can have it at a later stage thus giving yourself a limit and improving your will power in this instance.

It works like this- if you fuel your body with bad food 90% of the week and decide to have a salad one day, that salad isn’t really going to do your body much justice as the bad overpowers the good. On the other hand if, you fuel your body correctly 90% of the week and have a take away on a Sunday evening again this point applies but in the opposite way, now the good overpowers the bad, so you have now changed for the better!

Give it a try………………..
