Our Swimming Lessons caters for children and adults and provide the opportunities for learning the skills of swimming for life. Each individual will progress through the course at their own rate.

Progression to the next level will depend on the participant’s ability. A participant must have the recommendation of the instructor in order to progress to the next level.

It may be recommended that a participant remains in the same level for more than one session of lessons.
This does not mean that progress has not been made.
