Curam de Cara Karate Club at LeisureWorld Bishopstown is on every Friday evening for children aged 5-12 years. We cater for all grades from beginners to black belts. Whether you have done karate before or are a complete beginner, you're more than welcome.

Mini Karate is for 5 – 7 year olds and includes basic martial arts routines and exercises designed to safely build co-ordination and introduce children to the class environment. The emphasis is on fun and games.

Kids Karate is for 7 – 12 year olds and incorporates a high energy workout with fun yet safe training drills.12 week courses cost €90.

A fitness session just for teenagers. The session takes place in the cardiovascular area of our superb gym. Kids rotate around the equipment – cross-trainers, rowers, treadmills & bikes – under the supervision of a member of the gym team.It is an ideal environment to educate teenagers on exercise and very importantly its great fun! 

Fridays 5pm and 5.45pm, Saturdays 12noon and 12.45pm.   €4.50 per class

A circuit class for teens which takes place in our aerobic studio.
Wednesdays 2pm - 2.45pm.  €4.50 per class

A 12 week course with musical theatre professional, Dane O'Sullivan.

Saturdays 11am - 12noon.  €120 per course

A 12 week course with musical theatre professional, Dane O'Sullivan, covering acting, singing and dancing. The term finishes with a performance for parents and friends. Saturdays 10am - 11am.

Every Sunday, the LeisureWorld legend, our inflatable Pool Monster "Mirky", comes out to play for kids only! You have to be between 7 years and 14 years (our friend doesn't like grown-ups!). For the under 7's there's lots of pool fun and games in the toddler pool every Sunday.

Our Swimming Lessons provide the opportunities for learning the skills of swimming for life. Each individual will progress through the course at their own rate. Progression to the next level will depend on the participant’s ability.

Available for hire at a reduced rate for under 16's.
Ideal when on a break form school, weekends, parties.

Suitable for children between 4 and 36 months
Come and enjoy an informal swimming session with your toddler. Watch their water confidence improve under the careful eye of a qualified swimming instructor. Classes held on Fridays and Saturdays.
