A great all-round class with 30 minutes aerobics and 30 minutes toning. The aerobics section may use equipment and may  include choreography.

Body Blast A barbell weighted workout for maximum sculpting results.
Circuits

Simple, effective exercises with zero choreography. Suitable for men & women. All fitness levels welcome.

Pure Step

A step class suitable for all. Contains some choreography.
